合肥市日月新型材料有限公司成立于2014年10月13日，地处合肥市新站区颍州路与龙子湖路交口，厂区占地面积78亩，注册资本5000万元。公司目前能承担各种强度等级预拌商品混凝土的生产和研发，是大型绿色环保、节能高效、创新智能化混凝土生产基地和供应商之一。

公司现有300多名员工，其中具有中高级职称的技术管理人员30多名，他们长年从事预拌商品混凝土的生产和管理工作，积累了丰富的管理经验和生产操控技能，在生产过程中能够实施周密完善的控制和科学有效的管理，是一支爱岗敬业和有良好团队协作精神的队伍。

公司引进五条三一重工双卧轴强制式HZS270C6型预拌混凝土生产线，采用全电脑配料、计量和控制的生产工艺，自动化程度高，每小时设计生产能力1350m³，年实际生产能力300万m³。公司现有混凝土运输车100余辆、汽车泵11台(三一重工46米1台、47米1台、56米9台)、1818固定泵9台，5128车载泵2台，超高压泵4台、装载机5台、500KW/380V柴油发电机组2台，通过先进的ERP系统科学管理生产流程。

公司通过了ISO9001质量管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系、OHSAS18001职业健康管理体系及ISO50001能源管理体系、安全生产标准化三级企业和国家二星级绿色建材评价标识的认证工作。

Established on October, 13rd, 2014, Hefei Riyue New Materials Co., Ltd. is located at the intersection of Yingzhou Road and Longzi Road, Xinzhan District, Hefei, Anhui province, covering an area of 520 are, with register capital of 50 million yuan. The company, being a large-scale supplier that is environmental friendly, energy efficient, and innovative, is currently able to undertake the production and research and development of pre-mixed commercial concrete of various strength grades.

With more than 300 employees, among which includes over 30 technical management personnel with intermediate and senior titles, Riyue has a sustainable structure of human resources. These people, with years of experience of engaging in the production and management of pre-mixed concrete products, are not only veterans at production but also adept in efficient management. They have formed a team that is dedicated and cooperative.

Five compulsory dual horizontal axis pre-mixed concrete production lines (series HZS270C6, Sany) have been introduced into the company with a full-automatic process of batching, metering and controlling. The production capacity is estimated to be 1350 m3 per hour, and the actual annual production capacity reaches 3 million m3. The company has more than 100 concrete carriers, 11 Sany truck-mounted concrete pump (1 of 46-meter vertical reach, 1 of 47-meter vertical reach, and 9 of 56-meter vertical reach), 9 fixed 1818 pumps , 2 5128 car pumps, 4 ultra-pressure pumps, 5 loaders, and 5 sets of 500KW/380V diesel generators. They are scientificly controlled by ERP.

Riyue has passed the certification audit of ISO 9001 - quality management systems, ISO 14001 - environmental management systems, OHSAS 18001 - occupational health and safety management systems and ISO 50001 - energy management systems. Being an ISO 9001 registered company, meanwhile, the company has also been officially certified as a third-level corporation of safe production, and a two-star enterprise for using environmental friendly building materials by the nation.
